Obviously, we can't pull off this entire event without a lot of help from our friends and family. In 2004, we decided to start nominating a "Locke ACS Humanitarian of the Year" at each benefit. A plaque is presented to the winner the night of the benefit. It means a lot to us that people are willing to devote so much time and effort in order to raise money for the American Cancer Society and to make our benefit a success--this is a pat on the back for one individual who stands out each year.
